If you park with an invalid season ticket or invalid ID, or use a season ticket or ID outside the zone or sub-zone covered by the season ticket or ID, this means that you have failed to pay the parking fee.

- 129,00 zł (equivalent of 3% of the minimum wage determined on the basis of the Minimum Wage Act of 10 October 2002) – if paid within 7 days of:

- the day the payment notice was received (applies to notices issued using an automatic payment monitoring system, referred to as e-inspection);
- 258,00 zł (equivalent of 6% of the minimum wage determined on the basis of the Minimum Wage Act of 10 October 2002) – if paid more than 7 days after:
- the day the payment notice was issued (applies to notices issued by patrolling parking payment wardens),

– at every parking meter using a contactless bank card or a Blik system mobile payment (up to PLN 200.00),
